Have you ever wondered or researched where your pet’s food actually comes from? Do you research the manufacturer’s site to get information on their process? Pet food companies have agood intentions for the most part, but fall short in manufacturing. The process of using real whole foods and converting them into tiny dry pellets is what makes it so convenient for pet parents to do what we call a dump and go. We are in a hurry to get to work, pet food is already processed. We open the bag and scoop out what we think they need and leave for the day. Now, for the truth. Doing this is a easy process for us, but our 4 legged family doesnt understand our intentions.
They eat this food and it is dry, so as they eat it, their body has to use all its available moisture and energy to break down and process this “food”, but actually what it does it create a cronic state of dehydration in their bodies. Thuis is why we call it “DEAD” food. Cheap grocery store type foods spend millions of dollars fooling you into thinking this is “complete and balanced” nutrition, when they could not further from the truth on this. Some companies still use rendering plants to create the “slurry” that creates dry kibble. Our pets need real food, so i am here to talk to you about this. Want to know meore? I did some research online and in the vet’s office and found out he had what is called Struvite crystals in his urine. What is a Struvite crystal? Watch this video to learn all about it
